Polka what dot? or Spots?

My most favorite pattern of all are Polka dots. I adore them. I love them. Can never go wrong with this pattern and no matter what color combination you throw in, it just brightens up any outfit or day. You can go from wearing a day dress to a night time party dress and they'll still "fit in". Not just limiting them to clothes but extending them to accessories as well.

Polka dots or Spots have never gone away to make a come back and the whole idea of timelessness to them draws me more to them as well.  They are a classic.

Are you feeling Blue?

For every season, colors have played a role. For this season of Autumn-Winter, two colors are playing the lead roles. And they are Forest green and Cobalt blue and their varied shades.

I like the blue part of it. Forest green has to grow on me because I am not particularly a color green person. I love teeny tiny bits of green in a whole bunch of other colors put in because it just brightens everything up but just to wear only green is something I will gather upon at some point.

COS  is one of my favorite brands. I love the cuts and the simplicity of their designs and how they also manage to make some bold colors look simple with their designs.

Below are the pictures that are in COS stores now. www.cosstores.com

Below is  Erickson Beamon Girls on film earrings at Net-a-porter.com, the dress Just Female  from Asos at www.asos.com,and Biker cape at Asos.

So will you be including Blue into your wardrobe this season?

What happened at H&M with Isabel Marant!?

So, I went to an H&M store that had the designer's clothes up for grabs.. The store opened an hour before their usual time , at 9 am and the girl behind the counter told me that people had queued outside the store at 6 am (In cold, rainy, windy grey Brussels - That's some commitment!)

I went in at close to noon, just to check if there were things still available (What?,seriously?!I was kidding myself!) There were some clothes left, but most of it all had long gone. And from whatever was left, as I had mentioned earlier in my previous post I could see the stuff were good. I had some apprehension about the way it would be and I must say it wasn't disappointing.

So, whoever got to have their fill of the designer's clothes at H&M should enjoy it and in all probability will!!

Isabel Marant for H & M

Yet another collaboration for H & M. Previously it was Anna dello Russo launching her jewellery line and now the queen of subtle, understated and easy chic is Isabel Marant. The French designer's line with the Swedish clothing giant is all set to hit stores on November 14th, 2013.

Now, what would one be doing? Standing in the queue to get the designer's line all at once and have the tag that reads "Isabel Marant for H&M" ? How long would one hold on to it?

Would you buy for, because you truly want to or would you buy because its the in-the-moment craze and to just get some kicks out the whole scene?

Nonetheless, I am looking forward to seeing and feeling the designer's clothes in person.
